Cancellation and Refund

CANCELLATION/RETURN & REFUND.

- Return policy is not applicable under any circumstances. Cancellation of orders can only be done within 6 hours of placing the order.

-Refund policy is not applicable as of now. Amount can be used as a credit note for future purchases.

EXCHANGE POLICY.

- In Case of defective or wrong product delivery only, we provides free exchange. We just ask our customer/s to reach us within 24 hours of delivery.

- New product will be shipped after we receive the questioned product back. This process may takes up to 8 - 10 business days. 

- We reserve the right to not accept a return/exchange if;

(1) the product/s are returned after use

(2) customer fails to reach out to us within 24 hours.
