We currently do not offer direct monetary refunds.

In case of an approved refund, the amount will be issued as aΒ Credit Note, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

The credit note will be valid for 6 months after the date of issuance.
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchange only in the case of a defective or wrong product delivered.
Eligibility for Exchange:

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery at CUSTOMERCARE@CLOSETBYPAYAL.COM with clear images/videos of the issue.

Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
The replacement product will be dispatched after we receive the returned item, and the entire process may take 8β10 business days.
When Exchange / Refund Will Not Be Accepted
We reserve the right to decline any exchange or refund request if:

The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

The request is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
